Passport
The Honorary Consul will help you with your application, and to take your biometrics. Once you have all your documents in order, you can mail everything along with a prepaid self-addressed envelope, to Consolato Generale di Filadelfia, 1818 Market Street - Suite 910, Philadelphia PA 19103.
You MUST be registered to AIRE under Philadelphia Jurisdiction.

The Honorary Consul can authenticate your signature, and help with Atti Notarili and Procure.
The Honorary Consul can NOT help with a Procura Generale, this can ONLY be handled by the General Consulate in Philadelphia.
